These lovely little studs are light to wear, and sit just slightly bigger than the lobe. Theturquoise Green colour  compliments the gold detail, making for striking yet simple everyday earrings. 
Please note, that each individual stud acts as a wee canvas for me during making, so no two are exactly the same! Your studs may have a slightly different gold squiggle design than those in the photo, but that is the beauty of this design!
To make the studs: the clay is individually hand cut, dried, sanded, then bisque fired to 1000 degrees C. They are then glazed and fired again to 1200. After, they are carefully painted with 24K gold lustre, and fired for a final time to around 800.
The findings are hypoallergenic surgical steel, nickel free, and have rubber backs.
